Wheat flour 25% - Sugar - Rapeseed oil - Whole eggs 17% - Stabilizers: glycerol, sorbitols - Lemon juice 3% - Emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (vegetable origin) - Salt - Raising agents: diphosphates, sodium carbonates - Natural lemon flavouring with other natural flavourings - Thickening agent: carob flour - Acidifier: citric acid. May contain nuts, milk and soya.
