Product Description
This product is a blend of hard cheese (60%), Grana Padano PDO cheese (20%), and Parmigiano Reggiano PDO cheese (20%). The hard cheese is thermised cow's milk, salt, lactic ferments, and coagulant. Both the Grana Padano PDO cheese and Parmigiano Reggiano PDO cheese are made from raw cow's milk, salt, and rennet. The Grana Padano PDO cheese also contains a preservative: egg lysozyme. All ingredients have an EU origin. The product is manufactured in Italy and processed in the European Union.
