This product is made with tender wheat flour (28%), ricotta (18%), breadcrumbs (8.8%), fresh eggs (10%), water, durum wheat semolina (7.1%), edam cheese (5%), emmental cheese (3.8%), sunflower oil, mozzarella cheese (3%), whey powder, salt, garlic, and pepper. It may contain traces of celery, shellfish, molluscs, and fish. All percentages are expressed based on the finished product.
