The Petit Gaugry is made using the same manufacturing processes as Burgundy's soft, washed-rind cheeses. It comes in a small format (70g).
Affinated and washed with Marc de Bourgogne for about 3 weeks, Petit Gaugry reveals all the flavours of Burgundy in a practical format.
