Product Description
This product is made from pork meat sourced from the EU. It is seasoned with salt, lactose, smoked chilli, flavourings, smoke flavourings, dextrose, saccharose, spices and aromatic plants, including cayenne pepper. It also contains the antioxidant sodium ascorbate and preservatives E250 and E252. The wrapping is a natural pork casing preserved with E202 and E235. To make 100g of the finished product, 138g of meat were used.
