The Butter from the Condé-sur-Vire dairy is a traditional butter with a good creamy taste appreciated by connoisseurs. Its typical taste is directly derived from the know-how of Elle & Vire and its Norman terroir. Between the Elle and the Vire, in Normandy, it doesn't rain, the weather is ideal to have the best cream and therefore probably the best butter.
