Product Description
The Petit Gaugry is made using the same manufacturing processes as Burgundy's soft, washed-rind cheeses. It comes in a small format (70g). Affinated and washed with Marc de Bourgogne for about 3 weeks, Petit Gaugry reveals all the flavours of Burgundy in a practical format. To the nose it has a bouqueted fragrance and on the palate one observes a frank, fruity taste with balanced flavours.
