Benedicta Blue Cheese Sauce brings a full-bodied and refined flavour to your dishes. A must with rump steak, it can be enjoyed both hot and cold. Try also as an aperitif, it goes wonderfully well with raw vegetables.

Rapeseed oil, water, egg yolks, Roquefort A.O.C. 3.2% (milk), spirit vinegar, mustard from Dijon (water, mustard seeds, spirit vinegar, salt), sugar, modified starch, salt, acidifier: lactic acid, flavourings, white pepper, shallots, preservative: potassium sorbate, parsley, antioxidant: E 385.
