Discover the history of our vanilla, an authentic journey to the heart of mankind. It all starts with an orchid flower, hand-pollinated on the very day of flowering, with respect for man and environment. It takes months for the green pod to develop into a mature one, expressing its full potential of flavour and aroma. The greatest care is taken with the pods until they are packaged in this bag which preserves their aroma and flavour. We work in close collaboration with local producers who have been growing for generations. We closely work through partners to help them adopt better farming practices, thus improve productivity, quality of crop and living conditions.
