In 1991, a Spaniard decided to introduce his entire region to his mother's delicious gazpacho. His secret? Delicious fresh vegetables, perfectly balanced seasoning, for a recipe with character! We produce our gazpachos in Murcia, as close as possible to the fields where our vegetables are carefully harvested by hand by some thirty farmers' cooperatives. 98% of our vegetables are harvested by hand. We take care of our environment by reducing our CO2 emissions, thanks to our eco-designed packaging.
