Alsa - Moelleux Nature 435g is a quick and easy cake mix. This generous cake offers a unique softness. Simply add 20 cL of cream and 3 eggs to the preparation, sprinkle with icing sugar and place in the oven before treating all the gourmands. It features an airy texture for an incredibly moist cake that pleases the whole family. It's easy, quick to prepare and foolproof. Serves 8 people. Contains no colouring or preservatives.
Ingredients
For the preparation of the cake (415 g): sugar, WHEAT flour 24%, WHEAT starch, raising agent (E 575 and sodium carbonates), emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, E 472a, b, e and E 470a), maltodextrin, MILK proteins, thickener (xanthan gum) and flavouring. Possible traces of GLUTEN, EGG, SOYA, NUTS. And for the pretty decoration (20 g): icing sugar and a little potato starch.
