Gervita is a subtle combination of a creamy fromage blanc sublimated by a delicious whipped cream mousse on a bed of strawberry melba. This fromage blanc and mousse is made with good French milk in our Ferrières-en-Bray (76) dairy. The light and melting texture makes this fruit yoghurt an ideal ally for a gourmet end to your meal!
