Product Description
Ossau Iraty PDO Istara is a pasteurised milk sheep's cheese, made and matured in the heart of the Basque Country in our Larceveau cheese factory. Under its natural rind lies a subtly fruity taste and a melting texture in the mouth. The milk collected comes exclusively from local breeds of ewes fed without GMOs (<0.9%). The practical resealable tray allows the product's flavours to be preserved as well as possible once opened.
