Goat cheese with Provencal herbs (70%) : Pasteurised goat's milk (EU origin), Provençal herbs (2%) (basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme), salt, lactic ferments (including MILK), coagulant. Coating (30%): Breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, vegetable oil (rapeseed oil), yeast, salt, spices (paprika, turmeric)), sunflower oil, water, WHEAT flour, salt, concentrate (paprika, carrot).
