Product Description
This product features a special bread made up of 44% wheat flour, water, durum wheat semolina, salt, yeast, wheat gluten, malted wheat flour, and sugar. It also includes pure cooked Charolais beef mince (origin: France) at 27%, Emmental cheese at 13%, and low-fat mayonnaise. The mayonnaise is made of water, rapeseed oil 3.3%, spirit vinegar, egg yolk, modified corn and/or potato starch, sugar, Dijon mustard (water; mustard seeds; spirit vinegar; salt), salt, reconstituted skimmed milk, acidifier: citric acid, and thickener: xanthan gum. The product also contains a burger condiment sauce at 2.8% and cassava starch. It may contain traces of nuts, fish, sesame seeds, and soya.
