Recipe – Raclette Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

Description

Earthy mushrooms stuffed with rich raclette cheese and herbs, baked until bubbling and irresistible—wow-worthy party bites or cozy snacks.

Ingredients:

  • 12 large mushroom caps, stems removed

  • 150 g sliced raclette cheese, cut into strips

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • Fresh thyme or parsley

  • Salt & pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200 °C (400 °F). Mix garlic and herbs with olive oil.

  2. Brush mushroom caps with herb oil, season lightly.

  3. Fill each with raclette strips. Bake 12–15 minutes until cheese melts and mushrooms tender. Serve hot.
