Ingredients:

12 large mushroom caps, stems removed

150 g sliced raclette cheese, cut into strips

1 tbsp olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

Fresh thyme or parsley

Salt & pepper
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 200 °C (400 °F). Mix garlic and herbs with olive oil.

Brush mushroom caps with herb oil, season lightly.

Fill each with raclette strips. Bake 12–15 minutes until cheese melts and mushrooms tender. Serve hot.
