Ingredients:

500 g small new potatoes, halved

200 g sliced raclette cheese

1 tbsp butter

Pinch of salt & pepper

1 sprig fresh thyme (optional)
Instructions:

Boil potatoes until tender, then pat dry.

In a baking dish, layer potatoes and raclette slices. Dot with butter, season, and sprinkle thyme.
