Recipe – Raclette Cheese & Potato Melt

Description

A cozy, cheesy melt that elevates humble potatoes with the buttery, nutty flavor of melted raclette cheese. Quick, comforting, and perfect for chilly nights.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g small new potatoes, halved

  • 200 g sliced raclette cheese

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • Pinch of salt & pepper

  • 1 sprig fresh thyme (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Boil potatoes until tender, then pat dry.

  2. In a baking dish, layer potatoes and raclette slices. Dot with butter, season, and sprinkle thyme.

  3. Broil for 5–7 minutes until cheese is melted and golden. Serve hot.
