La Boulangère's Organic Quinoa & Seeds Tartines are characterised by their honeycombed and melting crumb, generously sprinkled with quinoa, brown flax and sunflower seeds. Their recipe is made with organic wheat flour from French fair trade, combined with rye and roasted malted barley flours, giving them a slightly brown crumb and a cereal taste. They can be eaten for breakfast or as an accompaniment to meals.
