500g tin of fine iodised salt. Harvested from the sandy soils of the Mediterranean salt flats, this sea salt is naturally white and its crystals are of a unique purity.
Ingredients
Sodium iodide: 15 to 20 mg/kg expressed as iodine, Sodium ferronitrile (anti-caking agent E535): 20 mg/kg maximum expressed as K4Fe(CN)6, Magnesium carbonates (flow agents E504) + Magnesium oxide (flow agent E530): maximum 1%.
