Nems (4x65g): Rice cake 34.7% (water, rice flour, sunflower oil, salt), pork meat (origin: EU) 22.4%, rehydrated pea vermicelli, carrots, onions, rehydrated black mushrooms, pork fat, cassava starch, salt, ginger, pepper. Nuoc mam sauce (20g): water, sugar, nuoc mam 14% (FISH, salt, water), spirit vinegar, salt. Possible traces of soy, wheat, fish, shellfish, mollusc, milk, egg, mustard, celery, sesame, nuts.
