Our story begins when Carl Heinrich Knorr opened a factory in Heilbronn, Germany, supplying chicory to coffee manufacturers. He began experimenting with dehydrating vegetables and seasonings to preserve their flavour.
Ingredients
Salt, palm fat, acidifier: citric acid, flavour enhancer: sodium glutamate, vegetables (carrot, onion), spice and aromatics (bay leaf, thyme, oregano, pepper, CELERY seeds), fully hydrogenated palm fat, white wine: 1.8%, potato starch, herbs: 0.8% (basil, parsley), flavours, yeast extract, dextrose.
