Product Description
This product is made with the following ingredients: Wheat flour 60 g, sugar 22 g, concentrated butter 18 g (i.e. 22 g in reconstituted butter), wheat starch, fresh egg yolks 2.3 g, skimmed milk powder, salt, fresh eggs 0.7 g, raising powders: E450, E500, E503, flavouring, colouring: E150c. The weight used to make 100 g of finished product. Manufactured in France with wheat flour and butter processed in both EU and non-EU regions.
