Product Description
Our product is made from a blend of organically produced ingredients. It primarily consists of wheat flour, water, and rye flour. The dough is fermented with a sourdough starter that includes yeast, rye flour, and malted wheat flour. The dough is then enriched with rapeseed oil, yeast, brown cane sugar, cider vinegar, salt, wheat gluten, and roasted malted barley flour. Please note, this product may contain traces of soya, egg, and milk.
