Our duck rillettes are made exclusively with French duck, without colouring or preservatives. Our 100% duck recipe allows you to enjoy a rich, melting texture of meat with the delicious flavours of this poultry. The flavours of the browned duck meat come to the fore, and, in the length, we find the sweet notes and the specific sapidity of this light fat. Of recognised quality, our pure duck rillettes are regularly awarded in various competitions, such as the bronze medal at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris 2019.
